Holly graduated third in her class and earned a B.S. in Kinesiology at CU Boulder in 2005 with Phi Beta Kappa honors. She is a certified Personal Trainer with The American Council of Exercise (ACE) and The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). In addition, she has trained in two year-long, 450 hour premium Pilates schools: The Pilates Coach and Polestar Pilates. During Holly's education, she did the majority of her research on cycling and skiing because those are her preferred sports, as well as on golf because it is the most popular recreational sport.
Integration of exercise science expertise with Pilates offers a unique, comprehensive program devoted to clients' individual needs, with an emphasis on healing back pain. Holly has over 20 years of experience helping clients whose goals range from preparation for upcoming competitive sporting events; a desire to stay toned and fit; and/or rehabilitation from serious illness or injury.
Hanzel Holistic Fitness Studio specializes in individualized conditioning to improve overall health and fitness for clients of all ages. Personal Training and Pilates are combined to employ myriad techniques that increase clients' agility, athletic performance, balance, coordination, flexibility, strength and well-being.
